Spianata quiche


  • 6 slices Spianata Vitale
  • 1 Puff pastry 
  • 3 eggs 
  • olives 
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan 
  • 2 oz Feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Start beating the eggs then add Parmesan, small cubes of Feta cheese, olives and chopped Spianata. Season with salt and pepper and pour the mixture in a baking tray where you have previously  unrolled the puff pastry. Bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes and enjoy it!
