Ingredients for:
For the avocado sauce
- 1 cup ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 small clove garlic
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth. Use water to adjust consistency as required.
For the bruschetta:
- Whole grain bread slices
- Cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices Prosciutto crudo Vitale
- Arugola
- Parmesan
Now compose your Bruschetta spreading the avocado sauce on a slice of bread and then add chopped tomatoes, arugola and Prosciutto Crudo. Complete with Parmesan shavings. Enjoy it!|
