Pizza rolls with Spianata

In these rolls the saltiness of Spianata meets the sweetness of Gorgonzola.  Pair  with “Negroni”, the oldest Italian cocktail and your aperitivo is ready.


Roll out the pastry and with a sharp knife cut long stripes wide 3 centimeters. Spread on each stripe Gorgonzola and lay some slices of Spianata. Now roll up the pastry, sprinkle with some herbs and put each roll in the oven to bake for 15 minutes at 180°.
