Crostini with Salami, Raspberry Marmalade and Brie

An explosion of textures, scents and tastes; accompany them with a glass of Nero d’Avola IGT.

Ingredients for 2:

  • ½ Baguette
  • 100 gr Raspberry marmalade
  • 5 slices Salame Vitale
  • 150 gr Brie
  • Leafs of mint

Start cutting the baguette in slices, then cut also the brie. Now take a nice wooden board and compose your Crostini: the bread first, then a slice of brie, a slice of salami and a spoon of Raspberry marmalade. Pin the four layers with a toothpick and complete with a leafs of mint.
