Spaghetti with Mortadella, Philadelphia and Walnuts

Ingredients for 2:

  • 5 oz Spaghetti
  • 4 slices Mortadella Vitale
  • 5 tbsp Philadelphia
  • Garlic
  • Walnuts in grain
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Boil Spaghetti in salted water following the instructions on the packet.

Meanwhile cut Mortadella in small stripes. Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with olive oil and add Mortadella stripes. To create a sauce put also 4-5 spoons of Philadelphia and one ladle of cooking water. Blend and when Spaghetti are al dente, drain and lay them in the pan to gain flavor.

To conclude sprinkle walnuts in grain and grate Parmesan on it. Enjoy your meal!
