A delicate recipe ideal to surprise your guests.
Ingredients for 2:
- 5 oz Fettuccine
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 slices Prosciutto Crudo Vitale
- 1 Shallot
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Boil pasta in salted water following the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, cut the shallot in small pieces and chop Zucchini. In a large frying pan brown the shallot with Olive oil and sauté Zucchini over medium-high heat until it slightly softens. In the last 2 minutes of cooking add also Prosciutto Crudo cut in small stripes and complete with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Rinse fettuccine saving some cooking water and put them in the pan to gain flavor with the other ingredients.
Finish with shredded Parmesan and a sprinkle of crumbled pistachios.
