Ingredients for 2:
- 4 slices of whole grain toast bread
- 4 slices Arrosto al Forno Vitale
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- 4 slices Bacon
- Mayonnaise
Start roasting bacon in a pan with a knob of butter and when it’s ready assemble your Club Sandwiches combining all the ingredients. Firstly spread mayonnaise on a slice of bread, than lay a leaf of lettuce, sliced tomatoes, bacon and complete with another slice of bread.
Cut each sandwich in 4 parts and pin them with a toothpick. Enjoy your meal!
