A fanciful alternative of the traditional pizza.
- 1 Pizza dough
- 8 Slices Salame Milano Vitale
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Start chopping the onion and browning it in a pan with olive oil, then pour the tomato sauce and let it gain flavor. Add salt and pepper.
In the meantime cut in small pieces mozzarella cheese, roll out the dough and start compose your Stromboli Pizza.
Firstly spread on the dough the tomato sauce that you have heated before, secondly spread a layer of Salame and over it the mozzarella cheese. Now gently roll up the pastry on the longest side to create a cylinder shape and pay attention to close the extremities. Complete with some salt and herbs on the top.
Let it bake in the hoven following the instructions on the dough’s packet and enjoy it!
