This Salami salad comes together in 5 minutes, the perfect dish for a nutritious and hearty meal.
Ingredients for 2
• 2 Slices bread
• 4 Cherry tomatoes
• 6 Slices Salame Milano Vitale
• Shaved Parmesan
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
In a pan toast the bread cut in small pieces with olive oil. In the meantime chopper the salad and radicchio together, slice tomatoes in four parts and cut the Salame.
Put all the ingredients on plates, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Parmesan shavings and enjoy the flavors.
