Ingredients for 2
• 1/6 pkg dried pappardelle
• 4 slices prosciutto crudo Vitale
• 3.5 oz of mozzarella
• 1 clove of garlic
• extra virgin olive oil
Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions, then drain.
Place a large frying pan on a medium heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic and tomatoes and let cook for 2 minutes.
Toss the drained pasta into the tomatoes pan, then add piece of mozzarella. Turn off the flame and complete the dish with salad and prosciutto crudo. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, Taste and season to perfection, then serve right away.
